Max Verstappen has pulled off yet another upset in the 2025 F1 season, beating both McLarens after starting from third on the grid.
The flying Dutchman managed to get past both McLarens during the 57-lap thriller, leaving the championship race wide open going into the final Grand Prix of the season in Abu Dhabi next weekend.
The result from Qatar now puts Verstappen in second position in the championship standings, twelve points behind Lando Norris. Piastri is now in third position, four points short of Max.
